In order to promote independent innovation of chemical enterprises, stimulate the potential of talents and research teams, encourage participating units of the 2025 China International Chemical Equipment Expo to showcase their technological innovation strength, provide multi-dimensional services to assist chemical enterprises in their first exhibition and debut, and achieve better publicity and market expansion during the exhibition period, the organizer has specially formulated the "First Exhibition and Debut New Product Release Conference and Technology Achievement Transformation Demonstration Exhibition" activity. （3） Audit requirements
1. Each declaring enterprise can simultaneously register and submit multiple new products, technologies, and achievements to participate in the declaration activity, but each enterprise is limited to a maximum of 3 entry options.
2. The declared subject matter shall not have any intellectual property disputes or controversies. The organizer will closely cooperate with intellectual property protection agencies. If there is any infringement or suspected infringement identified by authority, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the relevant roadshows and exhibitions of the enterprise.
（4） Audit method
The organizing committee of the 2025 China International Chemical Equipment Fair will hold a centralized evaluation meeting to assess the contents of the application materials and determine the list of participants based on the final results.
（5） Payment method
If you choose the second form of activity for registration. After the payment is completed, relevant event personnel will be in contact with them, and they can also contact the person in charge of the conference event retained at the bottom of this article.

4、 Declaration steps and methods
(1)Declaration steps
1. Download and fill out Attachment 2 'Corporate Commitment Letter'.
2. Each enterprise shall fill in the "Declaration Basic Information" online according to the declaration requirements and upload the stamped version of the declaration form.
3. Click on the fill in link or scan the activity QR code on WeChat to complete the material application and submit it.
4. Choose the second form of activity and complete the payment according to the activity details and payment instructions.
